Delivery Information

How much is shipping cost and delivery time to UK?

Shipping costs comprise of packaging, handling and postage costs. We calculate the postage delivery cost using the Automatic Postage Estimator  and MyHermes calculator for delivery anywhere in the UK. This calculates the delivery cost based on the weight of the order and it offers you various delivery service options to choose from during the checkout process. Generally speaking, orders received by 2pm are dispatched that day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). Deliveries around the UK will normally take no more than 3-5 business days.  We do our best to follow these guidelines, but please bear in mind that only at extremely busy times, we may take a little longer. Also please note that some of our products are made in small batches/ made to order and never mass produced. Therefore please be patient. We will inform you by email if there is a delay in processing your order and we will offer you an apology and a FULL refund if you do not wish to wait.

UK Shipping Rate by Weight Guideline:

0 to 990 grams = £3.80
990 grams to 1.90 kg = £5.10
1.90 kg to 4.95 kg = £7.50
4.95 kg to 9.95 kg = £8.50
9.95 kg to 14.95 kg = 12.50

The weight of one jars with packaging is approximately = 420 grams.
